Delete your TT Lossbeater account
App: TT Lossbeater. Developer: Farcholabs LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and your data without installing the app, what is deleted, and what we keep.

1. Delete from the app
- Open the TT Lossbeater app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Personal information, then Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, then choose Continue to delete.
- Confirm with Delete my account. You are signed out and the account is gone.
2. Delete from the website
- Go to tt-lossbeater.com and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Personal, and scroll to Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, then choose Continue to delete.
- Confirm with Delete my account. You are signed out and land on the home page.
For your security the site may ask you to sign in again before it deletes anything. If it does, nothing has been deleted: sign in and repeat the steps.
3. Can't sign in? Ask us by email
If you can no longer sign in, write to support@tt-lossbeater.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We use that address to confirm the account is yours, so a request from another address will get a reply asking you to resend it from the right one. Never send a password.
We delete the account within 30 days of your request. What is deleted and what is kept is exactly the same as when you delete it yourself.
4. What is deleted
Everything below is removed, and it cannot be recovered:
- Your account and profile record: sign-in account, email, name, photo, username, language, referral code, coin balance and Telegram link.
- Your favourite players and leagues, match alerts, notification settings and push registrations, so your devices stop receiving notifications.
- Your place in the Telegram Pro group: you are removed and your invite link is revoked.
- Your follows and friends in both directions, challenges, votes, achievements and activity feed.
- Your coin transactions. Coins are free virtual currency and any balance is forfeited.
- The bets you logged in Bet Management and the pick filters you saved.
- Your notifications, your support tickets, your Desk questions and answers, and any waitlist sign-up made with your email.
- The direct messages you sent, and the likes, dislikes and reactions you left on other people’s posts and comments.
5. What is kept
- Public posts and chat
- Posts, comments and match-chat messages you wrote stay visible to the people who read and answered them. They are signed Deleted user, with no name and no photo, and your account id is replaced by a code that cannot be traced back to you. Pick filters you published stay available to the people who copied them, under the same label.
- Other people’s conversations
- A private thread keeps what the other person wrote, with you shown as Deleted user. What you sent is deleted.
- Counts without a person
- Usage and audit events stay so that totals remain correct, with your id replaced by the same anonymous code. The IP address and browser details are removed from the audit log. People you referred stay referred, without your id.
- Billing records
- Payment, subscription and invoice records are kept for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, as the law requires. The account they belonged to no longer exists, so they are no longer attached to a profile.
- Logs and providers
- Server and monitoring logs are not part of your account record and are not rewritten; they expire on their own schedule, described in the Privacy Policy. PremiumPay, PayPal, Apple and Google keep their own payment records under their own policies, and we cannot delete those for you.
6. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid on the website
- A plan paid by card (PremiumPay) or PayPal is cancelled the moment you confirm and does not renew. Access to the paid plan ends when the account is deleted. If you pay with PayPal, check your automatic payments in PayPal to confirm the plan is gone, and write to us if a charge still appears.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play
- Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, and only you can cancel it. Cancel it first, or the store keeps charging you: Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions.
- Free plan or trial
- Nothing to cancel.
- Refunds
- Deleting the account does not trigger a refund. Our Refund Policy applies, and it is easier to ask before you delete.
7. How long it takes
- From the app or the website
- Immediate. You are signed out when you confirm, and our servers start removing and anonymizing the data at once.
- By email
- Within 30 days of your request.
Deleting an account cannot be undone. To use TT Lossbeater again you would create a new account. Questions about your data: support@tt-lossbeater.com.
