Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using TT Lossbeater (“the Service”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and TT Lossbeater, operating at https://tt-lossbeater.com. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Each version of these Terms carries the date shown at the top; when you register you accept the version in force that day.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to access betting-related informational services in your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Age and eligibility are self-declared when you register, through a mandatory checkbox. We do not run identity checks and we do not block access by country. We may ask you for proof of age or identity at any time; if you do not provide it, or it shows you do not meet these requirements, we will close the account, and no refund is due in that case.

TT Lossbeater is strictly an informational and analytical platform. We are NOT a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, or gambling service of any kind.

The Service provides:

• Statistical signal-based predictions and probability estimates for table tennis matches
• Statistical analysis, player profiles, head-to-head comparisons, and historical data
• Community features including voting with virtual coins, discussion, and leaderboards
• Educational content about betting concepts and strategy

The Service does NOT:

• Accept, process, facilitate, or broker any bets, wagers, or gambling transactions
• Hold or transfer any funds related to gambling activities
• Guarantee any outcomes or financial returns
• Provide financial, investment, or gambling advice
• Encourage or promote gambling to minors or vulnerable individuals

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service offers a Free plan and two paid plans, priced in euros: Plus at €19.99 per month or €191.90 per year, and Pro at €39.99 per month or €383.90 per year. Annual plans are one payment for 12 months at a 20% discount.

The feature list on the pricing page at the time of purchase is the one that applies. We may add features to any plan at any time; we move a feature between plans only with the notice described in section 18. When a paid plan ends you keep your account, votes, coins, favourites and history and lose only the paid features.

The Service uses virtual coins for community voting. New accounts receive 2,000 coins; you can earn a daily reward (50 coins, doubled after a 7-day streak) and buy coin packs — 500 coins for USD 4.99, 1,200 for USD 9.99, 2,500 for USD 19.99, 5,000 for USD 34.99 — through PayPal.

• Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and are not a gambling stake.
• Coin-pack purchases are final: a pack is not refundable once the coins are credited, except where the purchase itself failed or was charged twice.
• A vote stakes between 10 coins and your balance and pays the stake multiplied by the odds shown. The stake is returned only if you withdraw the vote within 60 seconds of placing it, or if the match is cancelled or postponed.
• We may change the coin economy — rewards, stakes, pack prices — at any time. Coins are forfeited when an account is deleted or closed.

Pro subscribers can join a private Telegram group run by our bot (@tt_lossbeater_bot). Invite links are personal and single-use. Access is tied to an active Pro plan: when the plan ends, is cancelled or is downgraded, the bot removes you from the group automatically. The conduct rules in section 11 apply there too, and we may remove anyone who breaks them. Telegram's own terms apply to your use of Telegram.

We send service messages you cannot opt out of while you hold an account or a subscription: account and billing confirmations, trial start and end, renewal reminders, failed payments, and changes to these Terms. Optional notifications — a match starting or finishing, a vote settling, a favourite player playing — can be switched on or off per channel (push, email, Telegram) in your Profile. We may also send occasional re-engagement emails to accounts that have gone quiet; email us to stop them.

All league names, player names, team logos, tournament names, and related trademarks displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners (including but not limited to Setka Cup, TT Elite Series, Czech Liga Pro, TT Cup, and others). TT Lossbeater is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, tournament organizer, or governing body.

The TT Lossbeater name, logo, and proprietary signal algorithms are the intellectual property of TT Lossbeater. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our prediction algorithms or data
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit predictions or data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, coin rewards or community features
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in community features
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization

Messages, posts, votes and profile details you publish in community features are yours. By posting them you allow us to show them to other users, including your username and vote record on leaderboards and match pages. Match-chat messages are deleted automatically after 24 hours and direct messages after 30 days. We may remove content or restrict community access without notice where we consider it abusive, unlawful or against this section. We do not pre-screen content and are not responsible for what other users post.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Provide false information during registration (including age)
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service, including the coin economy

To delete your account, contact us at support@tt-lossbeater.com from the email address on the account; there is no delete button in the Profile yet. Deleting the account removes your profile record, which holds your coin balance and your Telegram link; any coins on the account are forfeited. Payment and transaction records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention; the Privacy Policy lists what else is retained.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Predictions will be accurate or reliable
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TT LOSSBEATER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any financial losses from betting or gambling activities
• Any damages arising from your reliance on predictions or information from the Service
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages arising from interruption or cessation of the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TT Lossbeater and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your betting or gambling activities
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may change these Terms. If a change matters to you — price, billing, what a plan includes, what you can do with the Service, your data — we will email the address on your account and show a notice in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top changes every time the text does. If you keep using the Service after the date a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel and stop using the Service before then.
