Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using TT Lossbeater ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and TT Lossbeater Inc. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to access betting-related informational services in your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. If we determine that you do not meet the age or eligibility requirements, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Nature of the Service — NOT a Betting Platform

TT Lossbeater is strictly an informational and analytical platform. We are NOT a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, or gambling service of any kind.

The Service provides:

• Machine learning-powered predictions and probability estimates for table tennis matches
• Statistical analysis, player profiles, head-to-head comparisons, and historical data
• Community features including voting, discussion, and leaderboards
• Educational content about betting concepts and strategy

The Service does NOT:

• Accept, process, facilitate, or broker any bets, wagers, or gambling transactions
• Hold or transfer any funds related to gambling activities
• Guarantee any outcomes or financial returns
• Provide financial, investment, or gambling advice
• Encourage or promote gambling to minors or vulnerable individuals

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All betting decisions are entirely your own. Any action you take based on information provided by the Service is at your sole risk and discretion.
• Predictions are probabilistic, not guarantees. Our ML models provide probability estimates based on historical data. No prediction system can guarantee outcomes in sports.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical accuracy rates are provided for transparency but do not guarantee similar performance in the future.
• You are solely responsible for any financial losses. TT Lossbeater is not liable for any losses, damages, or debts arising from your betting activities, regardless of whether those activities were informed by our predictions.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service and any related activities comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
• You bet responsibly. If you choose to bet based on information from the Service, you do so voluntarily and acknowledge the inherent risks of gambling.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Plus ($19.99/month), and Pro ($39.99/month) subscription tiers, with annual plans available at a 20% discount. Key billing terms:

• Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
• All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

All league names, player names, team logos, tournament names, and related trademarks displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners (including but not limited to Setka Cup, TT Elite Series, Czech Liga Pro, TT Cup, and others). TT Lossbeater is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, tournament organizer, or governing body.

The TT Lossbeater name, logo, and proprietary ML algorithms are the intellectual property of TT Lossbeater Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our prediction algorithms or data
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit predictions or data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or community features
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in community features
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Provide false information during registration (including age)
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Predictions will be accurate or reliable
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TT LOSSBEATER INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any financial losses from betting or gambling activities
• Any damages arising from your reliance on predictions or information from the Service
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages arising from interruption or cessation of the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TT Lossbeater Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your betting or gambling activities
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
