Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Both Plus and Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- You retain access to paid features until your current period expires
- After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment — Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service
- Technical issues — If the Service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle
- Accidental charges — If you were charged after canceling during the trial period
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@ttlossbeater.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscriptions older than 30 days (except for documented technical issues)
- Dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy (predictions are probabilistic, not guaranteed)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
