• Clerk (authentication): Profile data from social login providers (Google, etc.) if you choose to sign up via a social account
• Paddle (payments): Subscription status, billing country, transaction IDs. We do NOT receive or store your full credit card number.

• Service delivery: Authenticate your identity, display personalized predictions, manage your subscription

• Telegram — Pro group notifications (opt-in only). Only your Telegram username is linked if you choose to join. Telegram Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our databases with the following measures:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• JWT-based authentication with Clerk for session management
• Role-based access controls limiting internal data access

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
• Match alerts: Automatically deleted after 48 hours (TTL-based)
• Community content: Retained until you delete it or your account is terminated
• Billing records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years)
• Usage logs: Anonymized and aggregated after 90 days

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data (available directly in Profile settings)
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time
